1. checking emails from both customers and cooperation sections, deal those emails refering to orders, samples requests, inquiries, complaints of our cables  and so on, pass  the customers requests through to production department and get a feedback to reply to customers.

2. arranging the suitable size& material of the out&inner packings such as carton box, label and pallet, send the samples or pictures to customer for confirm.

3. before the goods end production, we would send the test report to customer and send related information such as quantity, weight, order number, collection adr.  to shipping department to order container or LCL and ship out asap.

4. update the quotation list(our quotation is valid in a long time) and order track list. add new orders and clean up the shipped orders every week with customer, check all the orders states from order track to insure order shipped as schedule.

5. for any emergency such as ship earlier or customer complain, we should email or call directly to production and quality control department to make a quick good response to maintain customer.
