The China Import and Export Fair (also known as the Canton Fair) is sponsored by the Ministry of Commerce and the people's Government of Guangdong Province and hosted by China Foreign Trade Center. It is held in Guangzhou in the spring and autumn of each year. Since its establishment in the spring of 1957, it has been successfully held for 126 times. It is called the window, epitome and symbol of China's opening up . It is the longest history,  the largest scale and the most commodity types in China, It is a comprehensive international trade event with the largest number of overseas purchasers,  and the best reputation, known as "China's first exhibition".

In the past 60 years, in the face of domestic and international political and economic ups and downs, the Canton Fair has never stopped. The 60 years' brilliant development history has recorded the pace of China's foreign trade, witnessed the economic and cultural exchanges between China and the world, and demonstrated that the road of China's opening up has become wider and wider.

Chinese interpreter service during canton fair (for exhibitors)

1. we worked together with  colleagues in factory  to prepare for the Canton Fair. Customers who come from foreign countries were invited to go to our booth and choose our new items. we made samples according to the customer's requirements and tracking purchase needs. 

2. As long as the customers confirmed the samples and the quantities in canton fair, we will make contracts to sign with them. 

3. After that we gave notice to our factories (suppliers) to prepare for the orders and make sure that orders were completed on time. 

4. With good communication skills, we always solved the problems with no difficulty and delivered all the orders on time. we always provided the best service to our customers and they were always satisfied with me.

1.we made arrangements for customers who were planning to visit canton fair, showed them around the fair and showed them new products. 

2. After the fair, we communicate with customers every day and informe suppliers about the customer's sample and order requests.
